Shipping & Return Policy

Our ware stock is located in USA: 73 west 68Th Street APT 3, NY 10028 (We will ship all products from our ware stock to all regions in the United States.) As we focus on keeping our people, customers, and community safe, we’re taking extra measures at our distribution centres such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, which may cause some delays.

Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days and shipped out within 8-15 business days of the order date. We will have all items shipped from the local ware stock located in England (732 S Virginia St, Reno, NV 89501). Breathe deeply—we have answers to your most pressing shipping questions. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses

Returns
Our refund policy is 7 Days. Beyond that period refunds or exchanges are not allowed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or the product must be defective, meaning that it doesn't fit (picture proof is required). It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we must first verify proof of the purchase and that the purchase is meets one of the conditions mentioned previously.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
